Four apps in one.
Habits, blocking, podcasts and a mentor. And the only one that steps in when your phone tempts you.
Kovenant covers the apps that steal your time and helps you keep your habits. Skipping a block costs you a challenge, before you go in you breathe with Aurby, your stoic mentor, and every day you keep turns into aura.

Inside the app
The same ones you’ll see on the App Store: what it does, how it stops you and how it rewards you.

I start tomorrowEndless scrollOne moreYou know what you want to do: read, train, sleep earlier.
But you pick up your phone "for a minute" and another hour is gone.
You don't lack willpower. You're up against apps built so you never put them down.
Breathe before you go inYour own wordsOne small habitYou chooseIt doesn't lecture you or make you feel guilty.
It puts a pause right at the moment of the urge, reminds you of your why in your own words and turns the intention into a small habit you actually keep.
Why Kovenant
Habit apps log what you do. Kovenant acts at the moment you are about to slip.
Another habit app
Kovenant
Kovenant doesn't count your slips. It prevents them.
Habits, blocking, podcasts and a mentor. And the only one that steps in when your phone tempts you.
When you open the app that hooks you, a pause to decide.
In other apps: you find out at night that you slipped.
The streak can be repaired and a season never sends you back to day one.
In other apps: your streak drops to zero.
Aurby learns from your habits and reflections, and suggests your next step.
In other apps: generic reminders.
Weekly leagues of 30 people and pacts with friends who see if you deliver.
In other apps: just you and a list.
Free with up to five habits at a time. What you write never trains an AI.
In other apps: ads, data selling or a paywall after a long quiz.
How it works
Six screens from the real app. Scroll and the iPhone changes with you. Drag it to turn it around.
Today's habits, your aura and the daily chest. Each habit is written as "after X, I will Y", so it hooks onto something you already do. Miss a day and the streak can be repaired: you don't go back to zero.
Winter Arc, Temperantia, Stoa, Ianus. Each season has dates, three or four daily rules and a reward for your Aurby: a flame or a laurel. One bad day never sends you back to day one.
Every week you compete in a group of 30 people. Those who keep the most move up a league and earn drachmas. What counts is this week, not how long you've been here.
Podcasts and long videos from the channels you choose, with their whole archive and a search. Note what moves you at the exact minute and, when you finish, write your reflection. Aurby learns from it.
Block your apps to study, train or sleep: now, at a set time or once you pass your daily limit. And see how much time it gives back.
Challenge someone to a habit for a few days. Each of you ticks off your part, you cheer each other on in the pact chat and you both see how it goes.
Pacts
Kovenant comes from covenant: a pact. Pick a habit, invite a friend with a link, whether they live down the street or on the other side of the world, and commit for a few days. Each of you ticks off your part and you both see how it goes.
Seasons and leagues
This is how Kovenant greets you when a season starts or you move up a league. Turn the sound up and press play.
App blocking
You pick the apps that hook you and Kovenant covers them with its shield: now, at a set time or once you pass your daily limit. If you really want in, you breathe first.
Aurby
Aurby is the flame that lives in Kovenant. You talk to it like a mentor: it listens, it teaches you and it turns what you talk about into habits you can keep.
Tell it anything, anytime. Short, straight answers, no lectures.
30 days of stoicism with Seneca, Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus: one lesson a day and one practice for today.
It creates habits, routines and pacts for you. Nothing is saved without your yes.
With 3AM Mode, before you text your ex, buy on impulse or go back to the scroll.
I just don't have time to train.
Then don't train for an hour. Ten squats after your coffee. Shall I add it?
Go on.
Done. I'll remind you tomorrow at 8:15.
"One important thing today. What is it?" It helps you pick the day's priority.
The lesson of the day, like "What is up to you" by Epictetus. Two minutes and one practice.
If today is hard, it suggests the small version of the habit so you don't drop it.
3AM Mode stops you at the urge and stays with you until it passes.
Your reflections are stored encrypted on your phone. We don't sell data or train models on what you write.

Questions
Kovenant is an iPhone and Android app that blocks the apps that steal your time, like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and helps you keep habits. It combines app blocking with challenges to skip it, a breathing pause before you open an app, daily habits with Aurby (a stoic AI mentor) and pacts and leagues with friends.
In Kovenant you pick the apps (it uses iOS Screen Time permission) and create a block: now, on a schedule (say 23:00 to 07:00) or with a daily limit, like 20 minutes of social media. When you try to open a covered app, the Kovenant shield appears. It works even with the app closed.
A Screen Time limit goes away with one tap. In Kovenant skipping a block costs something: a maths, memory or sentence challenge, a breathing pause or, in Pact mode, no way out except one emergency a week. It also ties blocking to your habits, your streak and your friends, and shows how much time you win back.
Yes. Like Opal, it blocks apps with schedules and limits, and like one sec, it makes you breathe for a few seconds before opening Instagram or TikTok. Kovenant adds daily habits, a 90-day plan, an AI mentor, and pacts and leagues with friends.
Yes, you can use it for free. Kovenant Pro raises the limits (more habits, routines, blocks and schedules, Pact mode and the full 90-day plan), and you can try it free for 14 days.
No. The apps you pick and your screen time are handled by iOS through Screen Time. Kovenant only gets encrypted tokens: it never knows which apps they are or how much you use them, and none of it leaves your phone.
It depends on how you set it up. On Soft you end it whenever you like. On Firm it costs you a challenge (maths, memory, a race against the clock or a sentence). On Pact there is no way out, except one emergency a week.
Nothing terrible. Your streak can be repaired and, in seasons, one bad day doesn’t send you back to day one. Kovenant rewards coming back, not being perfect.
