Delete your Kovenant account

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want, no questions asked.

From the app (instant)

Open Kovenant, go to the You tab and tap Delete account. Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted right away, on your phone and on our servers.

If you no longer have the app

1. Email aurby.app@gmail.com from the email address of your account (or your Google account's email, if you signed in with Google).
2. Use the subject “Delete my account”. Nothing else is needed.
3. We'll confirm your request within 7 days and your account will be deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, email and name or nickname.
• Your Mirror answers, reading, plan, habits and progress.
• Your 3AM Mode messages.
• Your progress backups and the channels you added to the Vault.
• Your purchase history with our payments provider (RevenueCat).

What is kept

• Data we are legally required to keep (such as tax records), restricted and only for the legal period.
• Anonymous counts, which cannot identify you.
• Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
